The preparation method of (3s)-4-[(9H-fluoren-9-ylmethoxy)carbonyl]morpholine-3-carboxylic acid is as follows:
1. Reaction of (S)-4-hydroxy-3-morpholinecarboxylic acid with 9-fluoroprimary amine fluorene carboxaldehyde to give (S)-4-[(9h-fluoren-9-yl) methoxy] morpholine-3-carboxylic acid.
2. The above product was reacted with diethyl tetrafluoroborate in the presence of sodium chloride to obtain (3s)-4-[(9H-fluoren-9-ylmethoxy)carbonyl]morpholine-3-carboxylic acid.
